Psalm 17

Today we are reading Psalm 17. In this chapter we read about David calling confidently to God. “I call upon you, for you will answer me, O God; incline your ear to me; hear my words. Wondrously show your steadfast love, O Savior of those who seek refuge from their adversaries at your right hand. Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings, from the wicked who do me violence, my deadly enemies who surround me.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭17:6-9‬ ‭ESV‬‬ Are you confident in God’s deliverance? In Michigan, at our family fishing business located on a lake, I watched as a mother duck sheltered her young with her wings. It was a cool night and the tiny ducklings huddled closely to their momma. You are God’s tiny one. He is eager to shelter you and protect you. Draw close to Him and you will feel the warmth of His embrace. May you confidently approach God in your time of trouble! Pastor Tim
