On December 14th I asked for prayers for my contractor's son who had just been diagnosed with a brain tumor. The day I posted it he was being air lifted to Iowa City. He did not make it that day because he crashed (physically) when they tried to transport him and had to be returned to the hospital here. The next day he made it to Iowa City and now I have an update. In Iowa City they discovered that he did not have a brain tumor. He actually has an abscess and massive infection of the brain stem. He is still very fragile (because it involves his brain stem) but if he survives he could completely recover. The family said "Keep up the prayers because it's working!" So, thanks so much for the prayers (and keep them up) because this family might just get a miracle. That would would be the best Christmas gift ever!
