Director of Congregational Care

I respond to the care needs of the members of Gloria Dei. I visit the sick in the hospitals, visit the home-bound in their care centers and coordinate and direct all Care Ministries. I am involved in local and foreign missions. I coordinate grief support, Financial Peace University classes, Divorce Care classes, Pre-Marriage classes, an annual Marriage Retreat, Marriage enrichment classes and Stephen Ministry.

I have been married to my beautiful wife Kim for 24 years. We have two adult daughters, Amy and Grace and three grandsons! I have been a pastor for 32 years, serving in Texas, Minnesota, New Jersey and Iowa. I enjoy God’s glorious creation and feel refreshed when I am able to spend time out of doors. I enjoy cheering for the Michigan Wolverines, especially in football.

The thing about God that makes my head spin is that He hears all our prayers all the time.
