Today we are reading Psalm 134. In this psalm we read about blessing the Lord. “Come, bless the Lord, all you servants of the Lord, who stand by night in the house of the Lord! Lift up your hands to the holy place and bless the Lord! May the Lord bless you from Zion, he who made heaven and earth!”
Psalm 134:1-3 ESV What does it mean to “bless the Lord”? It means to praise, honor and worship Him. It means to bow down before Him. It means to proclaim His greatness to the world. How will you bless the Lord today? Why should we bless the Lord? First, we should bless Him because He is worthy. Second, we should bless Him for all that He has done for us. Third, we should bless Him because it strengthens and encourages others in their faith. May God bless you today and may you bless Him today! Pastor Tim
