2 Corinthians 2

Today we are reading 2 Corinthians 2. In this chapter we read about forgiveness for the repentant sinner. “If anyone has caused grief, he has not so much grieved me as he has grieved all of you to some extent—not to put it too severely. The punishment inflicted on him by the majority is sufficient. Now instead, you ought to forgive and comfort him, so that he will not be overwhelmed by excessive sorrow. I urge you, therefore, to reaffirm your love for him.” 2 Corinthians‬ ‭2:5-8‬ ‭NIV‬‬ What does it feel like when someone forgives you? When someone won’t forgive you, how does that affect your behavior and your thinking? Does the devil tempt you to sin in response to their unforgiving attitude? When you are angry with someone, how do you get to a place of peace and reconciliation? May God bless others as you make peace with them. Pastor Tim
