Thankful for Faithfulness (Meyer)

How amazing is it that God gives us faith! He doesn’t leave us on our own, but He comes to us through the Gospel that we might come to Him! But He brings us to faith for a purpose...namely, to be faithful to Him every day. Amazingly however, He not only brings us faith but He also causes us to be faithful in and through Him as well! Even our righteous deeds, done in His name, are done by the power of the Holy Spirit! Today we remember that Jesus causes us to live for Him and so today we are “Thankful for Faithfulness”!
