Today we are reading Zechariah 3. In this chapter we read about Joshua, God’s chosen servant to rule His people. “And the angel of the Lord solemnly assured Joshua, “Thus says the Lord of hosts: If you will walk in my ways and keep my charge, then you shall rule my house and have charge of my courts, and I will give you the right of access among those who are standing here.”
Zechariah 3:6-7 ESV What is God’s promise to Joshua? “If you walk in my ways, you will rule my house.” When God selects someone for His service, His hand of blessing is upon that person. The only condition is that the person continue to walk in God’s ways. What has God called or selected you to do? Are you walking in His ways? Nothing can hinder the work that God has determined to do through us. How has Satan attempted to sabotage God’s work through you? How can you resist the devil? God will ultimately give you the victory so that His will is done in your life. To God be the glory! Pastor Tim
