Romans 2

Today we are reading Romans 2. In this chapter Paul writes about God’s righteous judgement.  The keyword is “a-me-ta-no-ay-tos”. The definition is “unrepentant “.  “But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath against yourself for the day of God’s wrath, when his righteous judgment will be revealed. God “will repay each person according to what they have done.”” Romans‬ ‭2:5-6‬. God’s Law tells us we are all sinners.  Our stubborn sinful nature resists that conclusion!  When do you resist the most when God’s Word clearly condemns your sin? What sins are you most reluctant to give up?  May God break through your stubbornness and lead you to the refreshing water of repentance! Pastor Tim
