Today we are reading Romans 16. In this chapter we read about Paul’s farewell greetings to the church in Rome. “Now to him who is able to strengthen you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery that was kept secret for long ages but has now been disclosed and through the prophetic writings has been made known to all nations, according to the command of the eternal God, to bring about the obedience of faith— to the only wise God be glory forevermore through Jesus Christ! Amen.” Romans 16:25-27 ESV Paul wrote from Corinth and so many of the names have a connection there. His final words are a blessing on the believers in Rome. Have you ever wrote a blessing as part of a correspondence? It is a powerful way to encourage people in their faith. May the Lord strengthen you as you serve Him and share your faith! Pastor Tim
