Today we are reading Romans 14. In this chapter Paul writes against judging others. The keyword for this chapter is “kri-no”. The definition is “to judge”. “Why do you pass judgment on your brother? Or you, why do you despise your brother? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God;”
Romans 14:10 Our world is very enamored with this concept. The problem is that they misunderstand the value of speaking the truth. Our culture wants to do whatever they please but makes no effort to please God. We must speak the truth but in ways that will actually be received. Let God’s word do the talking. Let the Holy Spirit guide you in what you say. May God be glorified by the way you speak to others! Pastor Tim
