Romans 11

Today we are reading Romans 11.  In this chapter we read about how Israelites are included in the plan of salvation. The keyword for this chapter is “leim-ma”. The definition is “remnant”. This refers to those among the Jews who believe in Jesus and so are saved by grace.  “So too at the present time there is a remnant, chosen by grace.” Romans‬ ‭11:5‬ So all people are saved by grace through faith in Jesus. There is no other way.  Even within Christianity we assume that because we go to a church or were raised in a particular denomination we are “in”.  The truth is that you absolutely must believe in Jesus as your Savior. May God give you that saving faith and a joy-filled relationship with Jesus!  Pastor Tim
