Today we are reading Romans 10. In this chapter we read about how a person comes to faith. The keyword for this chapter is “hray-ma”. The definition is “spoken word” and is used in verse 17, “So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.” Romans 10:17 Often we would like to think that living a Christian life is a good enough way to share our faith but the Bible does not support this idea. Paul, filled by the Holy Spirit tells us that people come to faith by hearing the message of Jesus. Living a God-pleasing life is always a good thing but ultimately people need us to speak our faith in Jesus. May God give you His Holy Spirit and boldness to share the words of Jesus! Pastor Tim
