Today we are reading Psalm 98. In this psalm we read about worshipping God and praising Him for all that He has done. “Oh sing to the Lord a new song, for he has done marvelous things! His right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him. The Lord has made known his salvation; he has revealed his righteousness in the sight of the nations. He has remembered his steadfast love and faithfulness to the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.” Psalm 98:1-3 ESV Have you ever heard a new Christian song that just really encouraged or uplifted you? The psalmist is writing about being so filled with joy in the Lord that he feels compelled to write and sing about it! If you wrote a song about God, what would your focus be on?
