Today we are reading Psalm 94. In this psalm we read about that God does not abandon the righteous. “For the Lord will not forsake his people; he will not abandon his heritage; for justice will return to the righteous, and all the upright in heart will follow it. Who rises up for me against the wicked? Who stands up for me against evildoers?” Psalm 94:14-16 ESV As Christians we cannot hide away from the world. We must stand up for righteousness and oppose the gross immorality being pushed by the ungodly. Maybe you would rather not get involved. That is inconceivable for people who have the Spirit of God in them. We have to get involved. We have to serve in our community. We have to oppose evil and teach righteousness.
