Today we are reading Psalm 84. In this psalm we read about how wonderful it is to worship God and receive His favor. “Behold our shield, O God; look on the face of your anointed! For a day in your courts is better than a thousand elsewhere. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness. For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly. O Lord of hosts, blessed is the one who trusts in you!”
Psalm 84:9-12 ESV When have you felt a special blessing from God? How has He blessed and favored you? What was your most awesome worship experience? Have you ever had a time with the Lord that stayed with you all week? The songs were in your mind, the message was on your lips and you couldn’t stop telling people about it!
