Psalm 64

Today we are reading Psalm 64. In this psalm we are reading about God destroying the wicked in their evil plan. “But God shoots his arrow at them; they are wounded suddenly. They are brought to ruin, with their own tongues turned against them; all who see them will wag their heads. Then all mankind fears; they tell what God has brought about and ponder what he has done. Let the righteous one rejoice in the Lord and take refuge in him! Let all the upright in heart exult!” Psalm‬ ‭64:7-10‬ ‭ESV‬‬ God will settle accounts with the wicked. We suffer at their hands but only briefly. They will suffer eternally. How do we respond to the pain and suffering around us? This day my heart goes out to the people of Ukraine and all of Eastern Europe. Pray that God gives them comfort and strength as they endure the evil of the Russian attack. Pastor Tim
