Today we are reading Psalm 4. In this psalm we read about how God protects his own. “But know that the Lord has set apart the godly for himself; the Lord hears when I call to him. Be angry, and do not sin; ponder in your own hearts on your beds, and be silent. Offer right sacrifices, and put your trust in the Lord.” Psalm 4:3-5 ESV In the psalms we read a lot about enemies. In those times there was a lot of hostility and physical harm was always a possibility. In our time the same is true but we are more concerned with spiritual harm and those who might hurt us financially. How has God protected you from harm? How has he blessed and prospered you even when there is chaos? When you are anxious, how do you find peace? May God bless you to put your trust in Him in all things. Pastor Tim
