Today we are reading Psalm 36. In this psalm we read about the steadfast love of God. “Your steadfast love, O Lord, extends to the heavens, your faithfulness to the clouds. Your righteousness is like the mountains of God; your judgments are like the great deep; man and beast you save, O Lord. How precious is your steadfast love, O God! The children of mankind take refuge in the shadow of your wings.” Psalm 36:5-7 ESV God’s love for us is steadfast before, during and after our struggle. As you reflect on this truth, when are you most aware of God’s love? For me it is after my struggle. I give thanks to God and feel so blessed! However, God’s love is strong even when we don’t feel it. You can find comfort in God no matter what is going on. Sometimes He calms the storm and other times He calms His child.
