Today we are reading Psalm 126. In this psalm we read about God restoring our fortunes. “When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dream. Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy; then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” The Lord has done great things for us; we are glad. Restore our fortunes, O Lord, like streams in the Negeb!” Psalm 126:1-4 ESV When were you in a metaphorical “desert”? How did God restore you? How did your restoration make an impact on your life? Have you shared your testimony with others who are “in the desert”? May God use you today to comfort someone with the comfort you have received from Jesus. Pastor Tim
