Proverbs 9

Today we are reading Proverbs 9. In this proverb we read about how the foolish fall into the traps of deceivers. “Do not reprove a scoffer, or he will hate you; reprove a wise man, and he will love you. Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser; teach a righteous man, and he will increase in learning. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight.” Proverbs‬ ‭9:8-10‬ ‭ESV‬‬ How do you respond when someone reproves you? Do you learn from correction? How do you feel when people react negatively to your correction? Have you ever had someone angry with you when you disciplined them? Think anyhow you might approach this person in a way that will be successful. Pastor Tim
