Today we are reading Proverbs 17. In this proverb we read about integrity, forgiveness and wisdom. “A servant who deals wisely will rule over a son who acts shamefully and will share the inheritance as one of the brothers. Whoever covers an offense seeks love, but he who repeats a matter separates close friends. A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity. Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise; when he closes his lips, he is deemed intelligent.” Proverbs 17:2, 9, 17, 28 ESV These verses give wisdom in life. Which of them speaks to your experience? Who has remained faithful as a friend throughout your life? Can you think of a time when your wisdom allowed you to progress more than your co-workers? Who has been the hardest for you to forgive? May God bless you and those around you! Pastor Tim
