Today we are reading Matthew 11. In this chapter Jesus invites us to come to him with our burdens. “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”” Matthew 11:28-30 ESV What sort of burdens are you carrying? What is your number one concern? It is easy to worry. So many things can cause us to be anxious… if we let them! Jesus invites us to give our burdens to Him. Take time today to write down your concerns. Look at your list. Is there anything too big for God? How can you leave them in God’s hands? May God give you rest today! Pastor Tim
