Today we are reading Mark 9. In this chapter we read about Jesus’ Transfiguration and other moments in a His ministry. The keyword for this chapter is “bo-ay-the-o”. The definition is “to hurry to help, to help”. “But if you can do anything, have compassion on us and help us.” And Jesus said to him, “‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes.” Immediately the father of the child cried out and said, “I believe; help my unbelief!”” Mark 9:22-24 ESV Have you ever struggled to believe God’s promises? We have faith but we are sometimes weak and overwhelmed. We need to ask God to “help our unbelief”. May God show Himself to you in a new and powerful way. May He help you to believe! Pastor Tim
