Today we are reading Luke 11. In this chapter we read about Jesus teaching.“As he said these things, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said to him, “Blessed is the womb that bore you, and the breasts at which you nursed!” But he said, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”” Luke 11:27-28 ESV Have you ever met a famous person? Often on such occasions people are so affected by the encounter that they blurt out something ridiculous. This is what happened to the woman when she met Jesus! For all of us, including Mary, what really matters is that we hear the word of God and keep it. Think of the most famous person you can imagine…a movie star, an athlete, a political leader, a wealthy person… all these are nothing unless they have a relationship with Jesus. So, do you believe in Jesus as your Savior? Do you hear the word of God and Keep it? May God bless you with the most precious thing you can possess—saving faith. Pastor Tim
