Today we are reading Isaiah 50. In this chapter we read about Israel’s sin and the obedience of a servant. The chapter describes a faithful servant who clings to God’s word and speaks it to those around him. He admonishes the disobedient to trust in God. “Who among you fears the Lord and obeys the voice of his servant? Let him who walks in darkness and has no light trust in the name of the Lord and rely on his God.” Isaiah 50:10 ESV A steady confident witness is what God calls us to be. So many people are wandering through life in despair. As God’s servants today we can shine the light of the Gospel and bring hope to the hopeless! Pastor Tim
