Isaiah 41

Today we are reading Isaiah 41. In this chapter we read about God’s words of comfort to the people of Israel.“But you, Israel, my servant, Jacob, whom I have chosen, the offspring of Abraham, my friend; you whom I took from the ends of the earth, and called from its farthest corners, saying to you, “You are my servant, I have chosen you and not cast you off”; fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Behold, all who are incensed against you shall be put to shame and confounded; those who strive against you shall be as nothing and shall perish.” Isaiah‬ ‭41:8-11‬ ‭ESV‬‬ How comforting to the people of Isaiah’s time, and to us as well, that God is with us! As Paul writes in Romans 8, “If God is for us, who can be against us?” What concerns you most? Write it down. Pray about it and give it to God. Now start writing all the ways that God has blessed you. Praise God for His blessings. Write your praise. May God fill you with the joy of your salvation and His love for all. Pastor Tim
