Today we are reading Isaiah 32. In this chapter we read about the impact of a righteous king. “Behold, a king will reign in righteousness, and princes will rule in justice. Each will be like a hiding place from the wind, a shelter from the storm, like streams of water in a dry place, like the shade of a great rock in a weary land. Then the eyes of those who see will not be closed, and the ears of those who hear will give attention. The heart of the hasty will understand and know, and the tongue of the stammerers will hasten to speak distinctly.”
Isaiah 32:1-4 ESV The impact of a righteous king touches everyone. He provides security and shelter, resources and relief. His reign is a blessing to all and he inspires the best in each person. The problem is, there are very very few righteous rulers. Ultimately, God is our ruler and king. God provides and protects. God is the only one who always does what is right and best for all who believe. May you experience the peace of knowing God is on the Throne! Pastor Tim
