Today we are reading Isaiah 26. In this chapter we read about How God gives us peace during challenging times.“In that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah: “We have a strong city; he sets up salvation as walls and bulwarks. Open the gates, that the righteous nation that keeps faith may enter in. You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock.”
Isaiah 26:1-4 ESV “Perfect peace” sounds pretty good right now! Think of all that we have been through in the last year…add in your own personal stuff. Our God, who is full of grace and mercy, steadfastly loves us and provides for us. How has God provided for you? Have you reached out to God in your times of of anxiety? Reflect on the promises of God: forgiveness, protection, eternal life—these promises are unbreakable. They remain true in spite of our circumstances. May God bless you with perfect peace. Pastor Tim
