Today we are reading Hebrews 11. In this chapter we read about the examples of faith from the Old Testament. The keyword for this chapter is “pis-tei”. The definition is “by faith”. “By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible.” Hebrews 11:3 ESV This chapter repeatedly talks about the importance of faith. In each instance faith is connected to an action. Faith produces action in the lives of believers. What actions does your faith produce? How do the faith/actions of others impact your life?
