Today we are reading Hebrews 1. In this chapter we read about how God has revealed Himself in the past. The keyword for this chapter is “la-le-o”. The definition is “to speak.” “Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world.” Hebrews 1:1-2 It is crucial for us as believers to know how and where God speaks today. We believe the Bible is God’s Word. When we read the Bible God speaks to us. In the Old Testament we read “man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord.” Deuteronomy 8:3 May God bless you to hear and believe what He speaks to you through His Word!
