Today we are reading Genesis 5. In this chapter we read about the earliest generations of the people God created. “This is the book of the generations of Adam. When God created man, he made him in the likeness of God. Male and female he created them, and he blessed them and named them Man when they were created.” Genesis 5:1-2 ESV When God first created all things, the best part of His Creation was people because we are made in the image of God. Only two genders were created by God: male and female. He created us to live forever. The fall into sin changed us to mortal and damaged our relationships. Today we are called to live as He created us in the beginning. May God bless us to rejoice in the perfect beauty of His Creation! Pastor Tim
