Today we are reading Ephesians 4. In this chapter we learn about our attitudes and how they impact the way we relate to those around us. The keyword for this chapter is “pe-ri-pa-te-o”. The definition is “to walk about, to conduct one’s life.” “I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” Ephesians 4:1-3 ESV In these verses, how does Paul tell us to act toward those around us? When do you find it most difficult to do this? How do you think Paul learned to do this? What will you change today to comply with God’s way for us to live? May God give you a spirit of humility and patience! Pastor Tim
