Today we are reading Ephesians 4. In this chapter we read about unity in the church. “I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” Ephesians 4:1-3 ESV Paul is clear what it takes to walk in unity. First, we must walk/live in a manner that is worthy of Jesus. What does that mean? It means we shouldn’t do anything that shames or dishonors Him. Second, we must be humble, gentle, patient and loving. What do you do that demonstrates these qualities? How can you bring these things to your relationships at church?
