Today we are reading Ephesians 1. In this chapter Paul greets the church in Ephesus and makes mention of the many good things God has given them. The keyword for this chapter is “eu-lo-ge-o”. The definition is “to bless, to endow one with the ability to succeed”. “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places,” Ephesians 1:3 ESV Paul mentions that God has gifted the Ephesians with “every spiritual blessing”. How has God blessed you? How has God endowed you with the ability to succeed? What does God want you to do with the blessings He has given you? May God give you the Holy Spirit to open the eyes of your heart to see the purpose He has designed for you. Pastor Tim
