Today we are reading Amos 5. In this chapter we read about God’s desire for His people to act justly. “Seek good, and not evil, that you may live; and so the Lord, the God of hosts, will be with you, as you have said. Hate evil, and love good, and establish justice in the gate; it may be that the Lord, the God of hosts, will be gracious to the remnant of Joseph.” Amos 5:14-15 ESV Based on these passages how does God want us to live and treat our neighbors? If someone asked your neighbors what kind of person you are, what would they say? Have you ever been treated harshly or unjustly? What impression did that make on you? Imagine the impact you make when you seek good and not evil. May God bless you to love people the way He loves you. Pastor Tim
