Acts 24

Today we are reading Acts 24. In this chapter we read about Paul on trial before Governor Felix, the high priest Ananias, and the Tribune Lysias. “And after five days the high priest Ananias came down with some elders and a spokesman, one Tertullus. They laid before the governor their case against Paul.” Acts‬ ‭24:1‬ ‭ESV‬‬ These were three of the most powerful men in the region. Paul’s life is in danger. Is he afraid? He does not appear to be afraid. How do you think Paul avoided being afraid? How could you learn from Paul’s example? Who are the most powerful people in your region? I pray that God will give you an opportunity to speak His word to powerful and influential people. Pastor Tim
