Today we are reading Acts 18. In this chapter we read about Paul in Ephesus. “And they came to Ephesus, and he left them there, but he himself went into the synagogue and reasoned with the Jews. When they asked him to stay for a longer period, he declined. But on taking leave of them he said, “I will return to you if God wills,” and he set sail from Ephesus.” Acts 18:19-21 This was Paul’s first visit to Ephesus. Everywhere Paul went, his first stop was the local synagogue. His first visit was short. In later visits, Paul would spend a great deal of time in Ephesus. In your life journey, where have you spread the Gospel? Have you ever returned to see how the church is doing? May God use you to teach about Jesus everywhere you go. Pastor Tim
