Today we are reading 2 Peter 3. In this chapter we read about Peter’s final instructions. The keyword for this chapter is “aux-a-no”. The definition is, “to grow, to advance.” “But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.” 2 Peter 3:18 ESV Peter tells of all the destruction to come and warns about scoffers. How does he urge us to prepare? Grow. Grow in grace and grow in knowledge. How can you grow in grace? How does focusing on God’s grace strengthen your faith? How can we grow in godly knowledge? What area of Scriptures do you read the most? Which area are you least familiar with?
