1 Corinthians 10

Today we are reading 1 Corinthians 10. In this chapter Paul writes about being focused on others. “”All things are lawful,” but not all things are helpful. “All things are lawful,” but not all things build up. Let no one seek his own good, but the good of his neighbor. So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. Give no offense to Jews or to Greeks or to the church of God, just as I try to please everyone in everything I do, not seeking my own advantage, but that of many, that they may be saved.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭10:23-24, 31-33‬ ‭ESV‬‬ Who do you know who puts your needs ahead of theirs? What does it feel like when you realize they are doing that? God calls us all to be others-focused! When do you find yourself putting your wants aside for the good of others. May God cause His love in you to overflow into the lives of those around you! Pastor Tim
