Today we are reading 1 Chronicles 18. In this chapter we read about David’s victories over all his neighbors. “Then he put garrisons in Edom, and all the Edomites became David’s servants. And the Lord gave victory to David wherever he went. So David reigned over all Israel, and he administered justice and equity to all his people.” 1 Chronicles 18:13-14 ESV For David and the Israelites, having peace with their neighbors meant they were safe and prosperous. How do you relate with your neighbors? There is a security that comes from knowing the names of your neighbors. How do you reach out and bless those around you?
